Wheel Source Racing Driver Education Program The Wheel Source, and Passen Motorsports invite you to participate in their bi-annual driver's education program held at Putnam Park, Indiana, October 1st and 2nd, 2005. Entry fee is $295.00 for each application postmarked prior to September 15, 2005. Entry fee for applications postmarked after September 15, 2005 will be $295.00. Please submit your application and entry fee as soon as possible. Space is limited and this event will fill up quickly. There will be only 3 car run groups. Entry forms are available in pdf format.
